The Role:

Our Attraction team are experts in attracting, engaging and exciting that talent, raising awareness of our clients and ultimately positioning them as an employer of choice. Our purpose is simple, to understand our clients’ needs and use this understanding, combined knowledge, and expertise to attract the best talent in the market. You will define and own all attraction strategies that align with our client's talent acquisition strategies. They focus on client fulfilment to ensure we deliver service excellence and commercial outcomes for AMS.

What you’ll be doing:

Manage the development, implementation, and success of complex proactive and reactive attraction strategies for the client/s
Drive the conversation with the client/s on candidate experience and lead on the consultation and implementation of improvements to their current processes
Use a data led approach, tailoring recommendations and monitoring return on investment (ROI) to inform and develop ongoing strategies
Lead on delivering and analysing the effectiveness of client and Attraction projects in line with required objectives, e.g., budgeted cost per direct hire, source mix, ROI
Deliver formal and informal knowledge sharing sessions with senior client stakeholders on Attraction and candidate experience best practice
Manage internal and external stakeholders and key strategic projects
Work closely with the Content & Production and Digital Marketing teams to provide clear briefs in line with client requirements
Ensure that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) best practice is considered and evident throughout all content, copy, and assets

You’ll need to demonstrate:

Must haves

Previous experience in presenting recruitment marketing strategies, campaign results, and insights to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, in a clear and compelling manner (direct experience in a recruitment marketing role)
Demonstrable experience in creating and delivering omni-channel strategies including but not exclusive to programmatic media, social, display, OOH and radio
Proven track record in developing and implementing recruitment marketing and talent attraction strategies aligned with organisational goals and talent acquisition objectives (in a marketing/digital recruitment role)
Deep understanding of how consumer marketing principals can be applied to recruitment marketing in theory and practice
Experience working with client’s EVP (employee value proposition) and operationalising for use in recruitment marketing
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends, competitor activity, and recruitment metrics to inform strategy development and decision-making
Excellent presentation skills - PowerPoint
