Job summary

Tecknuovo Limited is seeking a proactive Talent Associate to support the Talent Hub in identifying, engaging, and mobilising high-quality consultants for the Delivery Hub.

You'll coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, maintain strong relationships with current and prospective consultants, and ensure responsive sourcing, clear communication, and accurate data management to help Tecknuovo deliver expert teams at pace.

Qualifications

• Experience from recruitment or HR in fast-paced environments.
• Able to learn quickly, take on new challenges, and balance multiple priorities.
• Strong communication style to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Organisational approach to support consistent follow-through and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage new consultants who align with Tecknuovo’s values and behaviours, applying judgement to identify individuals with strong technical capability and cultural fit.
• Respond quickly to delivery demands, supporting the Talent Hub to meet client needs by helping to mobilise effective teams and individuals.
• Support the recruitment lifecycle by coordinating job postings, reviewing CVs, conducting initial phone screens, and scheduling interviews to ensure a smooth and timely process.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates, providing updates and follow-up throughout the recruitment journey.
• Manage and nurture the consultant alumni group, helping to ensure experienced talent remains connected to Tecknuovo.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, ensuring data is handled carefully and confidentially.

A day in the life

A typical day might start with reviewing new delivery requirements and prioritising sourcing activity to support upcoming client needs. You could spend time identifying and reaching out to potential consultants, reviewing CVs, or conducting initial phone screens. Throughout the day, you coordinate interviews, update candidate records, and follow up with individuals to keep them informed and engaged.

You may also check in on the consultant alumni group, ensuring communications are up to date and relationships are maintained. Alongside this, you work closely with the Talent Hub team, sharing information, responding to changing priorities, and helping ensure the business has access to the right talent at the right time.
