• Design creative and effective hiring operations in response to team demands.
• Innovate and adapt hiring approaches when the landscape shifts, breaking apart and evolving as needed.
• Scan for what’s working and what’s failing, leveraging data and keen intuition.
• Source candidates and ascertain team fit by embedding with a range of counterparts at the company, from the C-suite to Forward Deployed Engineering.
