Talent Acquisition Administrator

Hybrid working, Newcastle based

£25,000 to £30,000 Basic depending on experience

Lookers have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Administrator, as part of a team supporting four Talent Acquisition Specialists. Ideally you will be based near our Newcastle office, but the role is flexible to operate on a hybrid working basis to combine home and office working.

As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. From posting job adverts to coordinating interviews and onboarding new starters, you’ll ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and post job adverts across multiple platforms.
  • Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support pre-employment checks and onboarding processes.
  • Assist with recruitment reporting and data management.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Essential

  • Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment support role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems (ATS experience a plus).
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry
