Talent and Recruitment Business Partner – ERP Lead

Location: Hybrid
Rate: £350 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: Until April 2026

We are currently recruiting for a Talent and Recruitment Business Partner – ERP Lead to support a public sector organisation on a long-term assignment. This role plays a key part in delivering strategic workforce planning, recruitment optimisation, and commercial resourcing initiatives.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Adaptability and Problem Solving: Ability to respond effectively to recruitment challenges and shortfalls in resources

  • Analytical and Reporting Skills: Proven experience monitoring workforce data, spend, and recruitment metrics to support strategic decisions

  • Compliance and Risk Awareness: Ensuring all recruitment practices are fully compliant with legal, regulatory, and internal policy standards

  • Conversion Strategy Implementation: Developing and implementing strategies to convert agency workers into permanent employees

  • Cost and Contract Management:Strong track record of reducing off-contract spend and delivering commercial value

  • Communication and Influencing: Excellent interpersonal skills to support strategic workforce planning and adoption of change
  • Public Sector Recruitment Knowledge: Experience working within local government or similar settings, with an understanding of workforce dynamics and funding constraints

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple departments

  • Knowledge of Temporary Staffing Regulations: In-depth understanding of AWR, IR35, and employment rights

  • Vendor and MSP Management: Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, SLAs, and KPIs effectively
