Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent and Engagement Manager to join our People Team. Someone who has genuine passion and drive to seek out the best talent in the industry and has experience in working closely with Operations teams to support the pipelines for growth, both externally and internally. You will have a great track record in building strong EVP and you will support strengthening our brand to retain and attract top talent.
Your Responsibilities In a Nutshell
Responsible for defining and managing a dynamic recruitment strategy that delivers the talent needs across all our current and future restaurants.
Proactive and reactive sourcing, screening and interviewing of management roles (including head office) as well as supporting restaurants with junior roles if necessary.
Responsible for sourcing of effective and creative recruitment solutions to ensure that we attract the top talent in the industry at all levels.
Research and identify innovative resources to expand and diversify talent pools.
Manage our ATS system including drafting, updating and posting job adverts, managing onboarding documents and ensuring that the system is compliant with the latest UK law.
Manage internal assessment days for internal promotions and provide personal development recommendations for unsuccessful candidates.
Provide regular recruitment reporting, analysis and insights for the leadership team and to make recommendations for improvement and continuous development on all aspects of recruitment and attraction.
Deliver great recruitment and onboarding training for our management teams across the group.
Manage open days and recruitment strategy for new openings.
Be accountable for management turnover of new hires and performance against company targets.
Work with the ops and people team on succession planning to support our growth strategy.
Responsible for maintaining strong EVP by ensuring we offer great benefits, working with the marketing team on exposure on social media, introducing innovative initiatives to retain and attract top talent.
Manage benefits, holiday reporting, company calendar, promotion and probation gifts, exit interviews and other admin duties.
Responsible for onboarding new starters and driving team engagement on Workvivo by promoting our benefits, resources, upcoming events and promotion.
Your Experience And Skills
You will have previous recruitment experience within the hospitality sector, having managed end to end recruitment processes, ATS systems and supported building and maintaining EVP.
Strong people skills with the ability to build quality relationships across teams and 3rd party suppliers.
You will have excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to think on your feet to find solutions fast.
Ability to think outside the box and challenge status quo, be agile in this ever challenging current market.
