Key Responsibilities

  • Embed company values and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
  • Design and implement talent management and succession planning frameworks.
  • Drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives across all regions.
  • Enhance employee engagement and internal communications.
  • Ensure governance and compliance with regulatory requirements, including SMCR.
  • Develop performance management and leadership programs.
  • Oversee learning & development strategies and career progression frameworks.
  • Partner with the Board and senior committees on talent strategy and reporting.
  • Manage budgets and promote a customer-first approach aligned with Consumer Duty principles.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a people-first culture and build strong talent foundations for future growth.

Candidate Profile

We seek an experienced senior HR leader with a strong background in regulated environments, ideally within UK and European financial services. You should have expertise in cultural transformation, talent strategy, and organizational design, especially in high-growth or evolving businesses.

  • Proven leadership in Culture and Talent within multi-country, regulated industries.
  • Expertise in driving culture change, embedding values, and managing organizational transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including SMCR, and experience aligning HR strategies with ESG goals.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and Board-level engagement skills.
  • Experience building and scaling HR structures from the ground up.
  • Effective communicator with strong change management and leadership capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe if required.

This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, providing an opportunity to influence culture and talent in a dynamic, purpose-led organization.
