About The Role

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and adaptable Talent Analyst to join our in-house team. This pivotal role is an excellent entry point for an aspiring Talent Acquisition professional, offering support, growth, and development opportunities to become a key member of our team. You will coordinate our hiring process, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and interviewers while maintaining precision and attention to detail in all aspects of talent administration.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Interview Scheduling & Coordination:
    • Book and coordinate interviews, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and calendars are aligned.
    • Manage and update the interviewer panel.
    • Act as the point of contact between candidates and interviewers to ensure a smooth interview process.
    • Collect and share feedback from all stakeholders.
  2. Candidate & Interviewer Engagement:
    • Build and maintain rapport with candidates, providing timely updates and guidance.
    • Support interviewers with materials, reminders, and feedback coordination.
  3. Event Coordination:
    • Lead the coordination for OpenDoor, our monthly talent engagement event.
    • Handle logistics, send invites, manage attendee lists, and follow-ups.
  4. Administrative Excellence:
    • Support reporting by tracking recruitment metrics and preparing reports.
    • Seek continuous improvements in coordination processes and tools.
    • Maintain accurate data on our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse, ensuring data is always up-to-date.
