Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional Talent Agent / Scout Assistant to join our dynamic team in our Melbourne head office. This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to support our agency's operations and contribute to the growth of emerging talent.

  • Hours : 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and coordinate talent and parent interviews
  • Manage interview bookings for potential talent
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for parent communications
  • Perform various administrative tasks supporting agency operations

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Proficient in MAC computer systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively
