Global, culturally diverse, inclusive, and innovative - welcome to AMS, where talent is our world. Over the last two decades, AMS has redefined the landscape of talent outsourcing and consulting. From pioneering the concept of RPO to continually revolutionising how organisations approach talent acquisition, AMS stands as a world leader in the industry.
Committed, engaged, and inspired, we feel a real sense of belonging, and all have one thing in common: a real passion for talent. Become part of this world and make a difference with us.
The Role
The Talent Advisor is a hybrid senior recruiter/advisory role, with 70% of their time aligned to recruitment delivery of volume or non-volume requisitions (may cover both in some locations), 20% to advisory support and 10% to other ad hoc activities. Talent Advisors will act as the onsite face of AMS and will own some key client relationships in areas across the business, likely those requiring high-touch relationship management, or those of strategic importance.
You will provide strategic and advisory support to client hiring managers and local client HR/Resourcing teams, utilising your expertise to help them get the right hiring outcomes. You will have specialised knowledge of local recruitment practices and the client's business area. This will include recommending approaches and leading constructive discussions when confronted with barriers to hiring, such as talent availability or market expectations, including the effective utilisation of Insights to drive appropriate outcomes.
You will support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates, ensuring all quality thresholds, SLA's and KPIs are met, alongside effective utilisation of the ATS, all underpinned by strict process adherence to drive process compliance. You will deliver excellent recruitment services to the client, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience and will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working as a team with sourcing and administration colleagues, utilising relevant recruitment technology applications.
