Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Identify, attract, and engage highly qualified candidates within financial services.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of finance professionals, including analysts, portfolio managers, risk specialists, and compliance experts.
  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies aligned with industry trends and business objectives.
  • Evaluate resumes and candidate credentials to assess technical skills, regulatory knowledge, and financial expertise.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain a strong employer brand while upholding compliance with industry regulations and hiring best practices.

Stakeholder & Process Management

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand recruitment needs, workforce planning, and market challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute efficient, data-driven hiring strategies.
  • Stay informed on financial services industry trends, talent movements, and regulatory changes impacting hiring.
  • Develop, facilitate, and oversee recruitment policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and adherence to financial industry compliance standards.
  • Support succession planning efforts by identifying and engaging key financial talent for strategic hires.

Qualifications & Competencies

Required Experience

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience within financial services, either in corporate talent acquisition or agency recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior finance professionals.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial hiring data with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance business needs, market trends, and compliance considerations.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of digital recruitment strategies, with experience sourcing finance professionals via LinkedIn, industry job boards, and networking platforms.
