Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our client, an award-winning Law firm, on a permanent basis. This firm has experienced rapid growth over the last five years through organic success. The role involves attracting top talent to ensure continued growth across all existing and upcoming UK locations.

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for both qualified and non-qualified hires. You will attract a diverse workforce through direct hiring and effective partnerships with external suppliers. Additionally, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to identify skills gaps, succession opportunities, build talent pools, and enhance the firm's brand in the marketplace. To be considered, you should demonstrate:

• Significant experience within the legal industry, either in-house or with a recruitment agency (experience in other professional services or financial services industries will also be considered)
• High-level experience in proactive sourcing using various tools
• A self-starter, capable of working autonomously as well as part of a small team
• Knowledge of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) best practices within Talent Acquisition
