We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to fill a Talent Acquisition Specialist Tech maternity cover position (1 year with the possibility of further extension).

In this role, you'll be responsible for handling the full recruitment cycle for various tech roles, including engineering, product, and data. This is a great opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's organizational goals by helping to secure top talent at all levels of seniority.

Responsibilities
  • Spearheading the entire recruitment journey, from crafting compelling job postings to conducting dynamic interviews and assessments that showcase our unique culture and values
  • Forging strategic partnerships with hiring managers to drive our international recruitment efforts, providing invaluable guidance and support throughout the hiring process
  • Improving recruitment methods and processes to identify and attract the best-fit candidates for open and future positions, establishing a robust talent pipeline
  • Proactively seeking out and cultivating relationships with exceptional candidates, ensuring a steady stream of talent for current and upcoming roles
  • Facilitating seamless job offer processes
  • Delivering clear communication and guidance to both candidates and hiring managers to ensure a 5-star experience
  • Championing our brand identity throughout the recruitment process, ensuring every candidate gains a deep understanding and appreciation of our mission and values
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in full life-cycle Tech recruiting, either in-house or an agency
  • Confidence in networking; ability to build relationships with hiring managers, prospective candidates, cross-functional teams, and external organisations
  • Expertise with different talent sourcing methods and tools
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently and effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Strong prioritisation and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) is beneficial
  • Fluent English is mandatory; any other language would be a plus
