• Duration: Initially 1 year, with potential for extension

Aufgaben:

• Betreuung und Einstellung von Führungskräften im Retail Bereich in Deutschland und Polen
• Betreuung von Kandidaten von Bewerbung, über Interviews bis Vertragserstellung sowie Onboarding
• Aufbau eines Netzwerkes innerhalb des Unternehmens
• Aktive Ansprache auf Xing / LinkedIn sowie Mitarbeit an Employer Branding Aktivitäten
• Beratung und Steuerung der Führungskräfte im Einstellungsprozess
• Entwicklung von Recruiting & Sourcing Strategien

Profil:

• Fundierte Erfahrung als Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d)
• Background im filialisierten Einzelhandel oder Logistik von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Beherrschung der gängigen Plattformen wie XING, LinkedIn, Indeed
• Reisebereitschaft
• Fließend in Deutsch und Polnisch sowie fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Englisch

Die Rolle ist vorerst für 1 Jahr befristet zu besetzen.
