Job summary

Virgin Active is expanding its People Team with a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in London. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume and specialist roles, partnering with hiring managers to design effective hiring plans and engaging in proactive candidate sourcing.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with hiring managers across Virgin Active and KAUAI to attract and recruit brilliant people across a range of high-volume and specialist roles.

The Role

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across your designated business areas.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective hiring plans.

Who We're Looking For

• Previous experience managing end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
• Strong candidate attraction and direct sourcing experience.
• Confidence partnering with hiring managers and managing multiple vacancies.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• A genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• The ability to work from our London Support Office three days per week.
