Virgin Active is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across designated business areas, partnering with hiring managers and building strong candidate pipelines. You will craft engaging attraction campaigns and proactively source top talent for high-volume roles.

You will work with our London Support Office three days weekly in a fast-paced environment, focusing on exceptional candidate experience and inclusive recruitment practices.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with hiring managers across Virgin Active and KAUAI to attract and recruit brilliant people across a range of high-volume and specialist roles.
