Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote

Job Type: Fulltime EST Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to meet the companys current and future workforce needs. This position requires a proactive individual with a passion for recruitment and a deep understanding of hiring trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and role requirements.

Sourcing & Screening:

  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive journey.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare interview panels and provide feedback to candidate’s post-interview.

Onboarding Support:

  • Work with HR and managers to facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS (Prefers JobDiva) and other recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search).
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with employer branding strategies.
  • Certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).
