Department: HR /Talent Acquisition

Location: Greenford (On-site)

Contract: till 31st March 2026-(Maternity cover)

About the Department:Talent Acquisition identifies, attracts, and hires skilled individuals to meet its workforce needs, going beyond traditional recruitment to build a strong candidate pipeline and develop employer branding. You will be working on mainly academic recruitment.


About the Role:

  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline for open positions within GBS.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current recruitment needs and anticipate future hiring needs.
  • Advise and provide guidance to hiring managers on effective recruitment procedures and interview techniques.
  • Maximise all social media networks to source, attract, and connect with potential candidates.
  • Using headhunting techniques to identify suitable passive candidates.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from creating advert content all the way to delivering the offer

About you:

  • Relevant qualifications or proven end-to-end recruitment experience with a track record of success in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrable experience in high volume recruitment, either agency or in-house
  • Some experience in recruiting for niche or hard-to-find roles.
  • Knowledge of essential legislation associated with the recruitment function.
  • Experience with using a variety of job boards, social media platforms, and other professional networks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Good accuracy and excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks and workloads
  • A team player, who shares a common need to succeed
