Talent Acquisition Specialist - County Down - 12-month FTC

MCS Group is partnering with a growing organisation based in County Down as they look to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to their team, initially on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and securing top talent across a range of disciplines. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand workforce needs and deliver effective, timely recruitment solutions that support the operational and strategic goals.

The main responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles within the organisation.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and consultative approach to hiring.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and internal policies.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • A solid understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
