Location: Remote or Hybrid - depending on location

Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers to assess their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment
    1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    2. Coordinate and schedule interviews.
    3. Introduce Candidates to the culture and values of Sonata One.
    4. Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
    5. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
    6. Work with the TA function on building and enhancing our employer brand to attract top talent.
  2. Candidate sourcing and engagement
    1. Use LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
    2. Actively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles within the private markets.
    3. Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate qualifications.
  3. Stakeholder management
    1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
    2. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate feedback.
    3. Support the Global Team with People/Recruitment related queries.
  4. Candidate experience
    1. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
    2. Provide timely feedback, according to guidelines, to candidates and hiring managers.
    3. Manage offer negotiations and pre-boarding activities.
  5. Recruitment analytics and reporting
    1. Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, candidate satisfaction).
    2. Identify areas for process improvement based on data insights.
    3. Ensure that Sonata One is GDPR Compliant.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a large organization.
  3. Must have experience and networks within the private markets and fund management sector.
  4. Proactive, organised, working efficiently and accurately within defined processes.
  5. Proactively suggest process & system improvements in order to maximize efficiency.
  6. Take initiative, solution-oriented thinker who is approachable to all staff.
