About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is expected to deliver on executing the attraction, selection and hiring of all regional staff except executive level hires. The globally located Talent Acquisition Team is a fundamental part of the People Team, providing Yondr with exceptional internal recruitment support, guidance and advice throughout the entire recruitment life cycle. Additionally forming relationships with external recruitment partners to recruit the best in the Data Center industry and ensuring a great candidate experience.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will facilitate an excellent candidate experience whilst engaging top talent that engages with Yondr, with a view to increasing Yondr’s profile as an employer of choice in the EMEA market.

Main responsibilities

• Advertise opportunities through the available channels (LinkedIn, Job Boards etc.)
• Actively search and create candidate pipelines and source talent through these channels
• Conduct screening calls to help filter applications from long to shortlists for managers
• Ensuring candidates receive timely feedback and receive an excellent experience throughout the selection process
• Engaging with stakeholders and recruitment agencies
• Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with appropriate Recruitment Campaigns and Assessment Centres

Qualifications and experience

• Proven track record of 3 to 5 years of successful experience within a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition function delivering to technically proficient teams, multiple locations and operating regions.
• Experience hiring technical positions across Data Center, Construction, Engineering, Real Estate and Corporate Function roles.
• Comfortable in an environment of change and sustained business growth.
• Excellent relationship skills to deliver under pressure and high levels of stakeholder expectation.
