The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to make a strategic impact through sophisticated talent acquisition, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment for complex high -profile projects roles that are critical to our success in the UKIMEA region, directly shaping the teams that deliver Arup's most innovative work.

As a key member of our team, you'll manage strategic recruitment responsibilities, a typical day might include developing targeted sourcing strategies for niche positions, providing data-driven market insights to senior stakeholders, leading confidential executive searches, and mentoring junior team members. You'll have the autonomy to enhance our recruitment processes and champion best practices, while collaborating with our global mobility team on international appointments.

Is this role right for you?

We're looking for an experienced talent acquisition professional with strategic recruitment expertise. We would be excited to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following:

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment in-house and agency, successfully hiring for high-profile, niche, or strategic roles, with particular expertise in direct sourcing, market mapping, and engaging passive candidates.

Experience delivering high-impact recruitment solutions in a global matrix organisation, ideally within engineering, consulting, or the built environment sector.

Strong commercial acumen and data analytical skills to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.

Exceptional stakeholder management abilities and the interpersonal skills to influence at all levels.

Demonstrated commitment to inclusive hiring practices and a track record of building diverse teams.
