The Role:
We're looking for a delivery-focused Talent Acquisition Business Partner who thrives on pace, precision, and partnership. You’ll be embedded within the business, owning recruitment delivery across a variety of functions and working closely with hiring managers to drive best-in-class hiring outcomes.
This isn’t a role for someone who just posts jobs and screens CVs — we’re after a confident recruiter who can act as a true business partner: advising, challenging, and delivering at speed. You’ll need to balance hands-on recruitment with strategic thinking, ensuring hiring goals are met while providing a great experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.
