As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager and the broader Talent team by delivering a streamlined and efficient recruitment and onboarding experience for all Head Office positions across our Nottingham and London offices. You will play a key role in attracting, identifying and securing exceptional talent, while ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. The role offers the opportunity to support all departments across our UK offices with their recruitment needs, providing valuable insight into how teams collaborate and operate on a day-to-day basis. The position can be based from our Nottingham or London Office.

The Role

To be responsible for an efficient full recruitment life cycle of sourcing, interviewing and selection and communication of competitive offers.

Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to provide recruitment advice and support to Managers and Heads of Department across the business.

To ensure that Paul Smith Ltd. recruits and selects employees in a legally compliant manner.

To interview at the Company offices in Nottingham and London with the respective Hiring Manager.

Draft compelling job adverts that reflect the role, align with the brand tone of voice, and attract the right talent.

Utilise the Applicant Tracking System (Jobtrain) to manage the full recruitment lifecycle efficiently.

Work with the Talent team to ensure all vacancies are advertised using the most appropriate platforms and collaborate with the Marketing department to develop the Paul Smith employer brand, raising the profile of our recruitment opportunities on social media, particularly LinkedIn.

With support from the Talent Acquisition Manager, manage the IR35 process, ensuring compliance and creating any Freelance contracts required.

To effectively liaise with any approved recruitment agencies when required.

Support with work experience requests across the business. Build relationships with key Managers and Heads of Departments to facilitate the process.

To ensure that all applicants meet the Asylum & Immigration criteria and that all documentation required at the interview is up to date and correct.

Your Skills And Experience

Proven multi-site recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced, creative or retail environment.

Previous experience interviewing face to face with candidates at a variety of levels.

Extensive experience using LinkedIn as a recruitment tool.

Current employment law knowledge and awareness of best recruitment practice.

Experience advising Management and employees on recruitment processes.

Previous experience of utilising an Applicant Tracking System.
