Legal Talent Acquisition Specialist - Fee Earners

  • Rate: £450-£525/day inside IR35
  • Location: London
  • Hybrid working: 3-4 days a week in the office (flexibility required for UK travel)

Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading Law Firm with a good reputation. They are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their high-performing HR & Learning team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of fee-earner and flexible legal resourcing recruitment, partnering with senior stakeholders and playing a key role in delivering the firm's growth strategy.

You'll work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to develop and deliver a market-leading recruitment approach, strengthen employer brand positioning and ensure a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. This is a fantastic chance to shape strategy, build trusted relationships and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.What is the role:
    Develop and deliver effective recruitment strategies for legal and flexible resourcing teams.Proactively source high-performing passive talent and strengthen talent pipelines.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple practice areas.Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.Champion direct hiring, reduce agency dependency and oversee supplier relationships.Act as a subject matter expert on legal/professional services recruitment trends and market conditions.Utilise recruitment tech to drive process improvements and reporting.Ensure a high-quality candidate experience, with robust due diligence and compliance.Coach and support junior team members, promoting a high-performance culture.Embed diversity and inclusion throughout recruitment and selection.Contribute to wider people projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Experience: To be considered for this role you must have:
