🚛 About Qargo

Qargo is a cloud-based (SaaS) Transport Management Platform. We are a scale-up based in London and Ghent (Belgium), rapidly expanding across Europe. The platform is an ‘all-in-one system’, handling everything from initial order entry to final invoicing. It optimises planning and has a built-in AI feature that automates lengthy manual tasks. Qargo is designed to help modern logistics operations run more efficiently, while increasing profitability and sustainability.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in London (2–3 days per week from the office).

💼 About the Role

As part of Qargo’s Talent team, you’ll play a key role in helping us grow across multiple countries. As a Talent Team, we have a big responsibility, finding, attracting, and building the dream team that will shape Qargo’s future. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for different roles, partner closely with hiring managers, and ensure every candidate has a great experience.

Beyond recruitment, you’ll also support broader People & Talent initiatives such as onboarding new colleagues, office coordination, and team projects that help us continuously improve how we work together.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer, across a range of roles in different teams.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build tailored hiring strategies.
  • Conduct interviews with a strong focus on both quality and culture fit.
  • Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines and nurture promising candidates for future roles.
  • Outside of day-to-day recruitment, you’ll also support the London office and wider People & Talent initiatives, from onboarding new joiners and creating a great first-week experience, to helping with office coordination and contributing to projects that improve our processes, employer branding, and overall employee experience.
Skills & Experience
  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to assess potential and spot what makes someone a great addition to the team.
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership, you don’t wait to be told what to do.
  • Familiarity with tools like ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter (or eagerness to learn).
  • Team-oriented mindset, you enjoy collaborating and helping others succeed.
  • Highly results-driven and committed to achieving goals without compromising on quality.
