A growing transport management platform seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their London team. The role includes managing the end-to-end recruitment process across various roles while ensuring a great candidate experience. You'll also support onboarding initiatives and contribute to team projects aimed at improving processes and employee experience. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment and excellent communication skills.
Qargo is a cloud-based (SaaS) Transport Management Platform. We are a scale-up based in London and Ghent (Belgium), rapidly expanding across Europe. The platform is an ‘all-in-one system’, handling everything from initial order entry to final invoicing. It optimises planning and has a built-in AI feature that automates lengthy manual tasks. Qargo is designed to help modern logistics operations run more efficiently, while increasing profitability and sustainability.
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in London (2–3 days per week from the office).

As part of Qargo’s Talent team, you’ll play a key role in helping us grow across multiple countries. As a Talent Team, we have a big responsibility, finding, attracting, and building the dream team that will shape Qargo’s future. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for different roles, partner closely with hiring managers, and ensure every candidate has a great experience.
Beyond recruitment, you’ll also support broader People & Talent initiatives such as onboarding new colleagues, office coordination, and team projects that help us continuously improve how we work together.
