What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of corporate and commercial functions
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes
• Building and nurturing talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Delivering a best-in-class candidate experience from first conversation through to offer stage
• Utilising recruitment data and market insights to influence hiring decisions
• Supporting employer branding initiatives and helping showcase an award-winning culture
• Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Partner or Talent Specialist role
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence partnering with senior leaders
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously within a fast-moving, high-growth environment
• Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction channels
• Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience
• Highly organised with exceptional communication skills
• Experience within beauty, consumer, retail, lifestyle, FMCG or other fast-paced sectors would be advantageous
• Available to commit to a 6-month contract
