Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Experience team, supporting hiring across the UK and Europe. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles, partnering with hiring managers to develop strategies and build strong candidate pipelines.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and networks, conduct assessments, and guide managers through selection while delivering an outstanding candidate experience and timely

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience within an agency, in-house or RPO environment.
• Proven track record of managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability, including engaging passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across the UK and Europe, from role briefing through offer and onboarding handover.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, provide market insights and develop strategies.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, networking and other channels.
• Conduct talent mapping and competitor research to identify candidates and trends.
• Build and maintain diverse pipelines for current and future hires.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates to support quality decisions.
• Present shortlisted candidates and guide managers through the process.
• Support recruitment across multiple functions and seniorities, balancing high-volume and specialist roles.
• Manage a busy workload with 20+ live vacancies.
• Ensure activity aligns with service levels and timelines.
• Facilitate offers, pre-employment screening and onboarding admin.

We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Experience team, supporting hiring across the UK and Europe. You'll play a key role in attracting top talent across multiple brands and business functions, managing everything from high-volume operational recruitment to specialist and technical hiring. Working closely with hiring managers, you'll act as a trusted advisor while driving exceptional candidate experiences and building strong talent pipelines.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide market insights and develop effective recruitment strategies

• Conduct talent mapping and competitor research to identify potential candidates and market trends
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct candidate screening, interviewing and assessment activities to support quality hiring decisions
• Present qualified candidate shortlists and guide hiring managers through the selection process
• Support recruitment across a broad range of functions and seniority levels, balancing high-volume campaigns and specialist vacancies
• Manage a busy requisition workload, often supporting 20+ live vacancies simultaneously
• Ensure recruitment activity is delivered within agreed service levels and hiring timeframes
• Facilitate offer management, pre-employment screening and associated hiring administration
• Support workforce planning discussions and proactively identify future talent needs
• Champion an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Promote Flight Centre Travel Group as an employer of choice through every candidate interaction
• Represent the business at recruitment events, networking opportunities and talent initiatives
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (PageUp)
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR requirements and internal recruitment policies
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools and ways of working
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive

• Resourceful and creative approach to identifying talent and solving recruitment challenges
