We're looking a driven and highly organised Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both internal and external roles, ensuring we attract, select, and retain the best talent to support our business growth.

You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, draft and promote job postings, screen and interview candidates, and coordinate the full selection process. Beyond recruitment, you will play a key role in promoting internal career development opportunities, maintaining a seamless candidate journey.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Draft and post internal and external job advertisements across relevant platforms.
  • Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
  • Conduct initial interviews and support hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Maintain and update the internal recruitment tracker and candidate database.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Promote internal promotion and career development opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and manage communications professionally.
  • Build lasting relationships with potential candidates, creating a pipeline of talent ensuring we stay ahead in attracting top talent.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and employment legislation.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and internal communications related to recruitment.
