Job summary

Standard Bank Offshore, the offshore arm of Standard Bank Group, invites applications for a Talent Acquisition professional based in the Isle of Man. You will shape end-to-end TA strategy and source top talent across multiple channels.

The role requires 5–7 years in TA, a First Degree in Human Resources, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. You will promote the bank's recruitment values at events and ensure governance standards are followed.

To provide input into the end-to-end talent acquisition (TA) strategy of the organisation by understanding the role that talent has in realising the organisation's long term goals. To leverage identified channels in the search for the most suitable talent.

Minimum Qualification:

• First DegreeinHuman Resources

Experience Required :

• 5 - 7 years experience in Talent Acquisition
• Demonstrated workplace experience within the area of specialisation with evidence of contribution to the P&C practice.

• Contribute as a member of cross-disciplinary teams to create end-to-end solutions that meet workforce and enterprise needs,solve challenges, and drive value for stakeholders.
• Identify and utilise the most appropriate channel to source the required talent, keeping in mind the talent acquisition agenda ofthe organisation. Aim to leverage efficiencies across sourcing channels.
• Use Group talent acquisition systems and tools in a way that adds value to the Country/BU operations, maintaining strictadherence to talent acquisition minimum standards and governance protocols.
• Promote SBG's brand and recruitment values by assuming a brand ambassador role at recruitment initiatives and events.
• Adopt leading technologies in work done, provide feedback and recommendations for improvement on system-related issues, tosupport an integrated employee experience in a transforming environment.
