Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our clients team on a 3-month fixed-term contract during a particularly busy period. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring they attract and secure top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
  2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  3. Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels, such as social media, professional networks, and job boards, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  4. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to relevant employment laws and organisational policies.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  2. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current employment legislation.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  5. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Additional Information:

This is an initial 3-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start, with the possibility of extension based on organisational needs. The role is based in Edinburgh, with potential flexibility for hybrid working arrangements.
