Job description

Are you an experienced recruiter with a background in professional services?

Frazer Jones is working in partnership with a prestigious, UK-wide organisation to find a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their high-performing internal Talent Acquisition team.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract role, Bristol based, hybrid working model of 50% on site, salary up to £50’000 + benefits.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative environment and is looking to make a real impact across UK and international hiring.

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for professional services roles. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and strategic recruitment process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to define job roles, understand requirements and write job adverts.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer and onboarding
  • Engaging with preferred suppliers and negotiating terms with ad-hoc agencies
  • Conducting interviews and advising on best practice selection techniques
  • Collaborating with HR and recruitment admin teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Ensuring compliance with immigration and employment legislation
  • Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships

What you will need:

  • Strong direct sourcing and interviewing skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
