Job summary

Ageas UK is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Administrator to support the TA Advisors and business by building talent pipelines for current and future vacancies using the latest technology.

You will own sourcing for hard-to-fill roles, update external career sites, assist with screening/interviews, work with third-party suppliers and deliver meaningful MI to inform on recruitment trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience updating/maintaining CRM systems Phenom and Cornerstone.
• Sourcing from CV databases (Reed, Indeed, CV Library).
• Campaign management and content management systems experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing process for difficult to fill roles using the latest technology.
• Co-own the external career site using Design Studio and Adobe Waterfront.
• Support TA team with administration, screening and interviewing.
• Collaborate with external recruitment suppliers for ROI.
• Produce MI to monitor trends in recruitment.

Salary Range: Up to £32,000 depending on experience

Location: Eastleigh, Gloucester, Bournemouth - Hybrid

Talent Acquisition Sourcing Administrator:

The purpose of the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Administrator is to support the Talent Acquisition Advisors and the business to create Talent Pipelines for our current and future vacancies using the latest technology.

Main Responsibilities as Talent Acquisition Sourcing Administrator:

• Own sourcing process for difficult to fill roles using the latest technology to attract and screen external top talent.
• Co-own the external career site, updating as required, using Design Studio and Adobe Waterfront.
• Support the talent acquisition team with administration, screening and interviewing.
• Work with external third-party recruitment suppliers to ensure maximum return on investment.
• Produce meaningful MI for Talent Acquisition team to monitor and inform on current trends in the recruitment process and insight into live roles.

Skills and experience you need as Talent Acquisition Sourcing Administrator:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience using Linked in Recruiter combined with excellent working knowledge of hiring assistant.
• Experienced at updating/maintaining CRM systems – Phenom and Cornerstone (or similar).
• Expertise at sourcing from a range of CV databases to include Reed, Indeed & CV Library.
• Experience of campaign management and content management systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
