A leading company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Resourcer to support the end-to-end recruitment process for their Contact Centre. The role involves managing job ads, screening candidates, and ensuring compliance with recruitment best practices. This is a 4-month fixed-term contract with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience and maintaining strong relationships with Hiring Managers.
Our Role
As a Talent Acquisition Resourcer, you'll support the end-to-end Contact Centre Peak recruitment process—managing job ads, CV and phone screening, interviews, offers, and rejections. You'll keep our ATS and audit records up to date, while ensuring the Talent Partner and Hiring Managers are fully informed throughout. Your focus will be on identifying and presenting qualified, competency-matched candidates who meet the brief.
Please be aware that this role is a 4-month FTC with a non-negotiable start date of Tuesday, 5th August.
