A Day in the Life

As a Talent Acquisition Resourcer embedded within our UK & Ireland team, you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing top-tier talent for live experienced hire roles while building pipelines of exceptional candidates for future opportunities. Partnering closely with Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partners, you'll identify, target, and headhunt candidates who align with L'Oréal's skills requirements and values. Your expertise in sourcing and relationship building will be key to delivering an exceptional candidate experience and driving the success of our UKI Talent Acquisition strategy.

You Will:

  • Collaborate with Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partners and hiring managers to develop best-in-class talent pipelines.
  • Use advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, across multiple platforms to identify diverse, high-potential candidates.
  • Be a 'superuser' of our Applicant Tracking System (Avature), ensuring seamless recruitment processes and reporting.
  • Engage with candidates to pitch L'Oréal as an employer of choice and screen CVs to identify top talent.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
We Are Looking For:

  • A passion for inclusive hiring and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles in a dynamic environment.
  • Expertise in Boolean search, recruitment tools, and platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Applicant Tracking Systems (Avature experience is a plus).
What's In It For You

  • A place for you to leave your comfort zone and grow beyond your potential (here, you'll be encouraged to try new things and take risks!).
  • Real responsibility from day one-there's no sitting on the sidelines at L'Oréal.
  • An environment where people of every ethnicity, social background, age, religion, gender, and sexual orientation, as well as people with disabilities, are accepted, can speak up, will thrive, and are celebrated!
  • A place where you can contribute to something bigger! Many of our brands have societal/environmental causes to make a concrete difference.
