Job summary

Rogo is building AI-native tools for finance, and we’re scaling our go-to-market team with our first dedicated GTM recruiting hire in London. You’ll establish effective GTM hiring locally, build our employer brand in the region, and work closely with the co‑founder as we expand across London and Europe.

• 4+ years of recruiting experience.
• Familiarity with the London/European GTM talent market is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and timelines simultaneously.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• High ownership and strong judgment – proactive problem-solving.
• Experience with ATS tools (Ashby preferred) and modern productivity tools.
• Comfort working across time zones with senior stakeholders, including cofounder.

• Collaborate with the co‑founder to shape hiring priorities as the London/European presence grows.
• Establish and refine GTM recruiting best practices for the market.
• Help build Rogo's brand and reputation with GTM talent in the region.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates; communicate clearly and promptly.
• Ensure high-quality, thoughtful candidate experiences.
• Maintain clean data in Ashby; ensure timely interview feedback and progress tracking.

You'll bring Rogo's GTM hiring playbook to the London and European market - establishing what great GTM hiring looks like locally, building our employer brand and presence with candidates in the region, and working closely with our co‑founder as we continue to expand our London and European footprint.

What You Will Own

• Ensure interview feedback is submitted on time and processes stay on track


• Track candidate progress and next steps with strong attention to detail

• Conduct reference checks and synthesize insights for hiring teams


• Occasionally support initial candidate screens when needed

• Identify inefficiencies and gaps specific to hiring in the London/European market


• Propose and implement improvements to increase speed and quality


• Help build scalable recruiting infrastructure as the London team grows
