How you’ll play your part

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & People Experience Apprentice to join our HR team on a 24 month FTC Apprenticeship.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Talent team to support the external recruitment process and contribute to successful hiring outcomes across the business. You’ll provide both administrative and client-facing support to our Talent team.Day to day, you’ll be responsible for ensuring recruitment-related administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. A key part of your role will involve managing candidate communications and helping to deliver a smooth and professional experience from application through to hire.

You’ll also liaise regularly with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and HR Business Advisors to provide updates on vacancy progress, and you’ll maintain the integrity of candidate data through our Applicant Tracking System, with strict adherence to data protection standards. Your support will extend to organising and delivering recruitment assessment centres, addressing recruitment queries from candidates and colleagues, and contributing to internal culture activations. As you grow in the role, you’ll also help build collaborative relationships across departments to support wider Talent projects and initiatives.

You’ll also play a key role in our People Experience team, using your creative skills to support internal communications and keep our colleagues informed and engaged. From crafting updates to helping organise culture events, you’ll contribute to making our workplace a great place to be.

Alongside your role as an Apprentice, you’ll study towards a CIPD Level 5 qualification, gaining valuable hands-on experience while developing your professional expertise

Entry Requirements

You will hold a GCSE grade A*-C/9-4 in Maths and English or equivalent. Apprentices without Level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to completion of their apprenticeship..
