Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Partner for our Field Sales team in the UK and Ireland, you will support Dojo's growth by sourcing, attracting, and hiring Payment Consultants. Your responsibilities will include managing high-volume recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and collaborating with the Commercial team to meet hiring objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and shortlist a high volume of applications efficiently and with quality.
  • Conduct numerous video interviews daily, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement regional hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing recruitment insights and recommendations.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Support talent acquisition projects aimed at process improvement and candidate experience enhancement.
  • Maintain accurate records in candidate databases and trackers.
  • Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to prioritize and meet hiring targets.
  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
