Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the collaborative TA team in a hybrid Uxbridge-based role. You will attract, assess and hire across Commercial, Corporate, Supply Chain and Operational functions, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will guide hiring managers on attraction strategies, market insights and inclusive practices, while building diverse talent pools and leading early careers initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Operational functions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring managers.
• Experience with talent mapping and pipelining; able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
• Desirable: advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Commercial, Corporate, Supply Chain and Operational functions.
• Provide expert recruitment advice on attraction strategies, assessment approaches, and market insights.
• Manage offer negotiations and support hiring managers through the hiring process.
• Execute employer branding and attraction initiatives to strengthen market position.
• Support early careers programmes and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
