Job description

We're working with an award-winning, London-based music tech start-up that's on the lookout for a driven, hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to join their small, collaborative People team.

This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a role with loads of variety and real ownership. You'll be solely responsible for end-to-end hiring across both technical and non-technical creative roles, while also playing a key part in shaping the wider people experience. Whether it's sourcing top talent, building strong pipelines, or contributing to projects around DEI, employer branding, and training - this is a broad role with plenty of room to grow.

  • You'll be joining a flat-structured, busy, and genuinely collaborative environment where everyone rolls up their sleeves and works together to make exciting things happen.

  • You'll bring at least 2 years of experience in either in-house or agency tech recruitment, and you know how to build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers.

  • You're a self-starter who's results-driven, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

This role is based in London with hybrid working, 3 days a week in the office.
