Bauer Media Outdoor is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a fixed-term 6‑month contract starting in November. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment for Delivery and Construction roles, advising hiring managers across the North with hands-on sourcing and stakeholder partnerships.

You will use direct sourcing across LinkedIn, pools and job boards, run assessment centres in the Manchester area, and build proactive talent pipelines.

Qualificações

• Proven high-volume recruitment experience across multiple roles.
• Experience in construction/industrial sectors is essential.
• Strong direct sourcing skills with success in finding passive and active candidates.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full recruitment lifecycles from posting to offer and onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, talent pools, job boards, and social channels.
• Run high-volume assessment centres in the Manchester area.
• Build proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers, HRBP, and agencies as a trusted advisor.
• Provide market intelligence and compensation benchmarking.
• Champion diversity and inclusive sourcing strategies.
• Track recruiting metrics and report on hiring effectiveness.
• Represent Bauer at events and workshops supporting DEI initiatives.
• Travel to BMG offices/depot and events as required.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner, to make a real impact on how we attract and hire talent. This role is for a fixed term contract of 6 months starting in November.

You’ll own end-to-end recruitment of Delivery and Construction roles, working as a trusted advisor to hiring managers in our hiring teams across the North. This is a hands‑on role where your sourcing expertise, stakeholder relationships, and commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences will directly shape our success.

What you’ll do:

• Manage full recruitment lifecycles from job posting through to offer and day 1 onboarding, ensuring smooth, efficient processes
• Use your direct sourcing skills across LinkedIn, talent pools, job boards, social media, and creative channels to find exceptional candidates
• Run high volume assessment centres in the Manchester area
• Build proactive pipelines of passive talent for hard‑to‑fill and high‑demand roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and external agencies as a trusted talent advisor
• Provide market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and talent landscape analysis to inform hiring decisions
• Champion diversity and inclusion through inclusive sourcing strategies and fair, unbiased candidate evaluation
• Track key recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimise processes, and report on hiring effectiveness
• Represent Bauer at recruiting events, career fairs, and workshops supporting our DEI and Social Value initiatives
• Travel to BMG offices/depot and events as required

What we’re looking for

• Proven high volume recruitment experience, managing full‑cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously
• Experience working in the construction and industrial industries is essential
• Strong direct sourcing skills with demonstrated success finding both passive and active candidates
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities—you build trust easily and influence at all levels
• Experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences at every touchpoint
