We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join Rightmove for a 6-month fixed-term contract, focusing on corporate and commercial hires. The role can be based in London or Milton Keynes, with a requirement to work in the office 2 days a week.

Responsibilities
  1. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from creating job ads to sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers, ensuring top talent and cultural fit.
  2. Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide insights on market trends and talent availability.
  3. Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking to build strong talent pipelines, especially for sales roles in a tech environment.
  4. Recruitment Innovation: Contribute to our ongoing TA transformation, improving processes, tools, and strategies.
  5. Diversity & Inclusion: Promote inclusive hiring practices across all stages of recruitment.
  6. Data-Driven Decisions: Track and analyze hiring metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Candidate Profile
  • In-house sales recruitment experience in a fast-paced, tech environment (essential).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on data and metrics.
