Job Description:

We’re currently partnering with a leading, forward-thinking organisation in the financial technology space to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6 month contract. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced internal recruiter to join a fast-paced, people-first business.

Salary: up to £62,000

In this role, you’ll support the full recruitment lifecycle — from engaging hiring managers to delivering creative sourcing strategies and managing a smooth, candidate-focused process. Our client is looking for someone who’s confident, proactive, and capable of building strong internal relationships while driving best-in-class hiring outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting hiring managers with recruitment needs across a variety of business areas
  • Sourcing high-quality candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
  • Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews
  • Managing interview scheduling, feedback, and the offer process
  • Representing the business at hiring events and contributing to employer brand initiatives

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience in internal recruitment or RPO, ideally in a tech-driven or fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Organised and efficient, with a good handle on applicant tracking systems

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience in the fintech sector
  • Familiarity with diversity & inclusion practices
  • CIPD, REC, or other recruitment certifications
