A leading beauty retailer in Salford is seeking a part-time Talent Partner to manage talent acquisition across various disciplines. You will collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the recruitment process is effective and timely. Ideal candidates should have significant in-house recruiting experience, particularly in fast-paced environments. As Talent Partner you will work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their needs, take recruitment briefs, document and plan campaigns and deliver the best talent to the business, within the shortest timescale but without compromising on finding the right person!
The role will be part-time and based 4 days per week at Exchange Quay in Manchester. You will work a total of 22.5 hours spread over 4 days (between 10am- 4pm). On offer is a competitive salary and opportunity to join a fantastic team!
