What will you do? Make an impact!

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a critical role in delivering fast, effective, and high-quality hiring for our frontline and operational teams. This role is all about high-volume recruitment, speed without sacrificing quality, and ensuring we have the right people in the right place at the right time.
You'll be the go-to recruitment expert for operational hiring managers - driving pipeline creation, streamlining hiring processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where efficiency, urgency, and candidate quality are key.

You will work on the following:

Lead high-volume hiring for drivers and operators (including Class 1 and Class 2 drivers) across multiple sites, ensuring fast turnaround from vacancy to onboarding.
Source at scale using job boards, social media, local ads, community outreach, and targeted referral campaigns for licensed drivers and experienced operators.
Screen efficiently, checking licence types (Class 1, Class 2), availability, and safety/compliance credentials early in the process.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand regional demands, shift patterns, and urgent staffing gaps.
Streamline recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire
Provide a straightforward candidate experience
Track and report on key metrics like fill rates, time-to-hire, and conversion rates to drive performance and continuous improvement.

Do you have what it takes?

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within logistics, manufacturing, or similar blue-collar environments
• A passion for fast-paced hiring - you thrive when working to tight deadlines and large volumes
Strong sourcing skills and confidence using job boards, CV databases, and local hiring campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders at once, prioritising workload for maximum impact
Clear communicator with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using ATS and recruitment systems to keep processes tight and track performance
• A hands-on, can-do mindset - you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
