Job summary

The Coal Authority is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a 12-month fixed-term basis in Mansfield. You will lead recruitment across the organisation, partner with hiring managers, and drive inclusive selection while using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to attract candidates for specialist roles.

Working in a supportive People and Organisational Development team, you will strengthen pipelines, improve candidate and manager experience, and ensure we have the right people and skills

• Strong assessment and selection to meet organisational needs.

We’re looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join our People and Organisational Development team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and improve recruitment at the Mining Remediation Authority while our current post holder supports a major organisational project.

You’ll manage a varied recruitment workload, partner with hiring managers, support fair and inclusive selection, and use sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Talent Solutions to attract candidates for specialist and hard-to-fill roles.

You’ll work with autonomy as part of a supportive People and Organisational Development team, helping us strengthen talent pipelines, improve the candidate and manager experience, and make sure we have the people and skills we need for the future.
