Do you have a strong background working within a recruitment agency or an internal talent acquisition function?

Do you thrive on delivering an exceptional candidate experience?

Are you able to actively seek solutions to complex hiring needs?

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work alongside key stakeholders to deliver sustainable and measurable results in terms of cost, time, and quality of hires through effective sourcing, pipeline, and forecasting activities.

You will build and maintain a strong talent pool of candidates and act as the key individual championing various recruitment processes. You will act as a brand ambassador, working closely with teams to ensure the right people with the right skills and attitude are hired. You will also provide ongoing recommendations on the best approach to filling vacancies, considering each individual hiring need.

In this exciting role, you will:

1. Manage 15-30 positions at any time across various roles.
2. Utilise tools like LinkedIn Recruiter for direct sourcing to attract top talent.
3. Collaborate with the team to share best practices, develop new ideas, and achieve optimal outcomes.
4. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers and candidates to deliver a world-class experience.
5. Play a crucial role in enhancing and sustaining our employer brand.
