Michael Page is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in London to support corporate functions, with a key emphasis on Finance roles. The role offers hybrid working from London and requires immediate availability or short-notice start.

You will partner with hiring managers, deliver end-to-end recruitment, and develop attraction and sourcing strategies with a strong focus on headhunting and market insights.

• Experience headhunting and developing talent pipelines, including use of LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience working within commercial organisations and reducing agency reliance.

Responsabilidades

• Be a hands-on TA Partner to support corporate functions (Finance, Legal, IT, etc).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and advise on talent availability, market insights and sourcing methods.
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment from briefing through to offer stage.
• Challenge stakeholders to improve candidate experience where needed.
• Use data to inform hiring decisions.
• Develop attraction strategies with a strong headhunting focus.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to demonstrate value and credibility.
• Develop robust talent pipelines for future roles.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to EVP and talent attraction projects.

A London based Private Education Organisation are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join at short notice for a permanent role. The role is to support on partnering with the corporate functions with a key focus on Finance roles. The role is based in London and offers hybrid working.

Description

A Talent Acquisition Partner to:

• Be a hands on TA Partner to support the corporate functions, such as Finance, Legal, IT etc
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and act as a partner to provide advice on talent availability, market insights, and sourcing methods
• Deliver recruitment processes end to end from briefing through to offer stage
• Be a trusted partner and challenge stakeholders where necessary to improve candidate experience
• Use data to inform hiring decisions
• Develop effective attraction and sourcing strategies, with a big focus on headhunting
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating value and credibility
• Develop talent pipelines
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to wider projects around EVP and talent attraction

Profile

A Talent Acquisition Partner with:

• Experience in recruiting corporate function roles with significant experience in Finance roles.
• Partnering with stakeholders to change ways of working
• Experience of headhunting and develop talent pipeline, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience working within commercial organisations
• Experience of reducing agency reliance

Job Offer

Permanent Talent Acquisition Partner

Up to £70,000 per annum

London based with hybrid working
