Medlock Partner is partnering with a Manchester-based Financial Services business, looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join on a 16-month fixed-term contract. This role is delivery-focused, supporting fast-paced, business-critical hiring across various teams.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the full recruitment process—using direct sourcing, referrals, and agency support where needed—to find and secure top talent. The roles include investment, risk, technology, compliance, and operations; experience in financial services, investment management, or capital markets is preferred.

You will be client-focused, understanding the needs of hiring managers and delivering excellent outcomes. Responsibilities include managing vacancies from brief to offer, building talent pipelines, partnering with stakeholders at all levels, and providing credible advice. You will also support or lead wider HR, people, and talent initiatives such as process improvements, diversity hiring, early careers, EVP, and onboarding projects.
