About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Operations Expert to oversee and enhance our global talent acquisition operations. This role will be responsible for driving recruitment-related projects to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes across our international business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition Operations Management: Optimize and streamline recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Channel Management: Oversee global recruitment channels, assess their performance, and develop strategies to enhance candidate sourcing.
  3. Project Management: Lead and execute recruitment-related projects, including process improvements, system implementations, and employer branding initiatives.
  4. Data & Analytics: Design and implement talent acquisition metrics and dashboards to track hiring efficiency, leveraging data analytics to optimize hiring processes across our international business.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal HR teams, hiring managers, and external partners to support global recruitment needs.
  6. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure recruitment practices comply with local and international labor regulations while implementing best-in-class talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Around 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources, with a focus on international recruitment.
  3. Strong understanding of global hiring practices, recruitment technology, and talent acquisition strategies.
  4. Proven ability to manage recruitment budgets and vendor relationships.
  5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  6. Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
